They sit in their homes, their MAGA hats hiding their faces in shadows, their lives sole purpose to defend their all knowing leader through smear campaigns, anything to make the leftists and communists seem like the villains instead of the heroes. They are the far too vocal trolls who thrive off conflict and blindly spew conspiracies from the mouths of Alex Jones and Ben Shapiro
But today they crossed the line, they involved an innocent victim in their fool’s errand, threw a proverbial right hook into his face when he spoke about his terrifying experience, hiding in his classroom while his former classmate stalked them with an AR-15 conducting interviews with his terrified classmates
As he speaks out against the thing that almost killed him and his classmates, struggling to speak still trying to cope with the trauma, the right see this as proof that he is a fake, saying that he is being coached on what to say claiming that he had forgotten his “lines” that he is a plant from CNN, all because his father is in the FBI and because he is able to speak so eloquently on social media, something that those trolls lack the skills to do theirselves.
This boy David Hoggs was a hero, who in the face of possible death still did his duty as a reporter. The GOP hive swarmed angrily at this hero speaking out against the corrupt GOP and the need for gun reform, while the less scrupulous trolls fire up the smear campaign machine with their string connected theories of crisis actors, earpieces and spoon fed lines infecting Twitter and Facebook
Like so many tragedies before the right wing 4Chan and Reddit conspiracists had the audacity to suggest that the the massacre at Parkland was staged, the victims paid actors and the bloodied bodies and crime scene staged. The right wing has honored the victims memory and the survivors bravery in their typical fashion, with hate by launching a smear campaign against David Hoggs and Emma Gonzales , a boy and girl who had lost all remnants of their childhood on February 14th.
